What can I do if my payment is not what I expected?

The simple answer is CALL ME!!!! I most likely won't know that you have a problem unless you call me. Once your claim is submitted, the State contacts you directly. It is unlikely that I will receive any information regarding your claim from the State so unless you call me, I can't help you.

When should I get my check?

The normal timeline is: The State mails out Mandated Services applications in June. Your application is due by October 31. Payment is made around the 1st of the year.

My 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Smith went on maternity leave in January and was replaced by Miss June. How do I report them?

When two or more employees "share" a job, the easiest way to deal with them is to consider all of them as one employee. Put all of their names on a single line on the 'Faculty Data Screen' (the third screen where you list employees, salary and fringe benefits, etc.), combine their salaries, fringe benefits, assigned tasks, etc..
